- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large skillet, melt the ghee or butter over medium heat
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes
Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another 1-2 minutes
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides
Sprinkle the turmeric, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly
Pour in the tomato puree, heavy cream, and almond milk
Stir to combine
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving
