For hot summer days, these Striped All Fruit Pops are a fun and healthy treat. They're easy to make and fun to eat! They are made with a bunch of different fresh fruits and smooth Greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
Using a blender, blend each fruit separately until the mixture is smooth
Mix the fruit purees well and then add the honey or maple syrup in equal parts
Mix Greek yogurt and milk in a small bowl with a whisk until the mixture is smooth
Alternate the colors of the fruit purees and yogurt mixture as you pour them into popsicle molds
Put a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze them for at least four hours, or until they are solid
To serve, run the molds under warm water for a short time to get the popsicles out of the molds
