Gluten-Free Brownies with Milk



Indulge in the rich and chocolatey goodness of these gluten-free brownies, perfect for those with dietary restrictions or anyone craving a delicious treat. Paired with a glass of milk, it's a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Milk of choice for serving

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt

Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract

Mix until well combined

Fold in chocolate chips

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack

Once cooled, cut into squares and serve with milk
